All claims, requests for exchange or refund must be made by email to contact@stradale.shop within 15 days of delivery.

The return shipping costs in case of exchange are at the customer's charge. Stradale takes care of the return shipping costs in case of a standard exchange. The products are to be returned to the following address :

The returned items must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and placed in a package. They must not bear any trace of use and be accompanied by all their possible accessories. Products on sale will not be refunded.
