Due to the risk of damage during shipping, we prefer to deliver posters in a reinforced tube or flat. Our posters are in standard formats (A4, A3, 50x70 cm), so you will easily find suitable frames on the market.
Generally you like to check the conformity of your order before offering it. In addition, the diversity of our products is too great for us to be able to offer pouches adapted to each product.

We do not have a physical point of sale to date. Our products are exclusively available on the Stradale website. However, we understand that you may want to try the product before buying it. This is why ourreturn policyallows you to easily return the product to us if it does not suit you.
It is not necessary to create an account to place an order on our site. However, creating an account will allow you to easily access your order history.
Once your order has been paid and validated, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing your invoice.

We deliver in Metropolitan France and in the member countries of the European Union. Internationally, we deliver to the following countries: Israel, Japan, Hong Kong, Macao, Russia, Singapore, Taiwan, Argentina, Brazil, Australia, Canada, United States.
Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once the order has been prepared, it will then be shipped with the carrier of your choice.
To France, delivery times are generally 2 to 3 working days. To Europe and the rest of the world, delivery times vary from 2 to 5 working days.
In order to improve our service, we have entrusted the preparation and dispatch of orders to a logistics professional. It is therefore no longer possible to pick up your order at our premises.
We do our best to dispatch your order as soon as possible, which means that in most cases we will not be able to change the address in time. However, if you notice your error immediately after ordering, contactcustomer service, we will do our best to make the change.

An item you ordered is not the right size or does not meet your expectations? No worries, you have 14 days from receipt to send it back to us. Go to theReturns page to find out the terms and conditions.
You have 14 days to return the product to us. Once the product has been received and checked, we will refund it to you within 7 days. The refund will be made by the payment method you used when ordering.
