Stradale offers products from different brands. Sizes may therefore vary between manufacturers. In order to help you, you will find this information in the "Size guide" section below the product description.

If an item you are interested in is unavailable, we may send you a restock notification. Simply enter your email address on the relevant product page.

Due to the risk of damage during shipping, we prefer to deliver posters in a reinforced tube or flat. Our posters are in standard formats (A4, A3, 50x70 cm), so you will easily find suitable frames on the market.

We do not have a physical point of sale to date. Our products are exclusively available on the Stradale website. However, we understand that you may want to try the product before buying it. This is why our return policy allows you to easily return the product to us if it does not suit you.

It is not necessary to create an account to place an order on our site. However, creating an account will allow you to easily access your order history.

Once your order has been paid and validated, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing your invoice.

Yes ! We offer delivery to France from 60€ of purchases and to Europe from 250€.

Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once the order has been prepared, it will then be shipped with the carrier of your choice.

To France, delivery times are generally 2 to 3 working days.
To Europe and the rest of the world, delivery times vary from 2 to 5 working days.

In order to improve our service, we have entrusted the preparation and dispatch of orders to a logistics professional. It is therefore no longer possible to pick up your order at our premises.

We do our best to dispatch your order as soon as possible, which means that in most cases we will not be able to change the address in time. However, if you notice your error immediately after ordering, contact customer service , we will do our best to make the change.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Then, within 24 hours you will receive a shipping email containing tracking information.

If you have not received an email with tracking information, please check your spam folder.

An item you ordered is not the right size or does not meet your expectations? No worries, you have 14 days from receipt to send it back to us. Go to the Returns page to find out the terms and conditions.

You have 14 days to return the product to us. Once the product has been received and checked, we will refund it to you within 7 days. The refund will be made by the payment method you used when ordering.
